Please allow 1 week for your original painting to be shipped. My shipping agent will send you a tracking number via email within the week.
Shipping Costs:
Store Pickup – Free of charge
Domestic US – Rolled print in cylinder: $50
Domestic US – Mini Originals: $60
Domestic US – Fragile shipping: $150
International Shipping – Rolled print in cylinder ONLY: $120
Returns Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on prints or original works of art simply for change of mind.
All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the printing and packaging process. In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside.
Send images to hello@thepaintedplayground.com and I will replace your print with an identical one. For originals or small originals that are damaged during transit, I will replace it with a commission.
